What is a favicon?
A favicon is a small icon that represents your website. It appears in the address bar, bookmarks, and browser tabs.
In Springly, the favicon is configured from Website > Settings and theme, in the Other site options section.
How do I add a favicon to my website?
To add a favicon to your Springly website:
- Go to Website > Settings and theme.
- Click Favicon at the bottom of the page.
- Click Select to upload the image of your choice.
- Click Resize to adjust the image to the favicon dimensions.
- Click Save.
The message Your information has been saved appears, and the new favicon will show up in your browser's address bar after a few moments. You may need to refresh the page.
Can I add a favicon to a chapter's website?
No. The favicon for a chapter's website (advanced group) cannot be changed, even if the group is independent: it automatically inherits the favicon from the main nonprofit.
