Springly offers several plans to meet the different needs of nonprofits. Some of these plans are free (no subscription or commitment required), while others are paid.
For paid plans, a free trial lets you test the features. If your free trial goes well, all you have to do is subscribe from your free trial platform!
Here's how to get started:
- Choose the plan that fits your nonprofit's needs
- Choose your billing period and commitment
- Add a payment method
- Enter a promo code
- Enter your billing information
Let's go!
Choose the plan that fits your nonprofit's needs
To get started, log in to your free trial platform, then click the Subscribe button in the upper left corner of the screen.
A page will then offer you the option to subscribe to the plan you tested during your free trial: Serenity, Professional, or another available plan.
To subscribe to a different plan, click the View other plans button.
Then select the paid plan you want and click Choose.
The Serenity and Professional plans depend on the number of contacts in your Community. The software automatically selects the tier that matches your platform. You can change it if you'd like.
Choose your billing period and commitment
You can choose to subscribe annually or monthly.
- Annual subscription: you pay your full subscription upfront for a one-year commitment.
- Monthly subscription: you pay your subscription each month, with a one-month commitment.
👉 Good to know: by choosing an annual subscription, you save 20% on your subscription amount.
To select your billing period, toggle the Annual subscription option on or off.
Your subscription amount will update accordingly.
Click Next to move on to the next step.
Add a payment method
You'll land on a page summarizing your order. This is the final step — time to choose how you'd like to pay for your subscription.
Two options are available:
- by credit or debit card
Paying your Springly subscription via SEPA Direct Debit
If you have already saved one or more bank accounts on your platform, they will be suggested here.
You can also add a new bank account to pay for your subscription.
Fill in the required information.
The software will ask you to complete a direct debit mandate via electronic signature. Once the mandate is signed, your subscription payment is set up.
Paying your Springly subscription by payment card
If your nonprofit has a payment card, you can use it to pay. The process works the same way: the subscription amount is charged to the card at sign-up, then at each renewal.
Select the Payment Card option and enter the required information about the legal representative.
The next page will redirect you to a secure payment page.
Entering a promo code
Have a promo code that gives you a discount on your subscription?
Enter it in the field provided, just below the payment methods section.
The discount applied by the promo code is reflected immediately in the summary on the right side of the page.
👉 Please note: promo codes cannot be combined.
Entering billing information
Below the promo code field, enter the information that should appear on your subscription invoice.
Once all the information is correct, click the Subscribe and Pay button on the right side of the screen, then confirm the payment. Your subscription will be active and your subscription invoices will be displayed on your platform, from the My Subscription page.
