How to add blog articles to a custom page?

The Articles block lets you display your blog articles on a custom page of your website. This article explains where to find the block, how to drop it onto a custom page, and how to choose which articles page to display. It also covers what to check if the Articles block doesn't appear.

Where to add an Articles block on a custom page?

First, navigate to the custom page you want to edit, from the Website app:

1. Go to the Website > Menus and pages app.
2. Click the ✏️ icon next to the custom page you want to edit.

The custom page opens in edit mode.

You can also access editing from the public-facing website. If you're logged in as an administrator, click the Edit page button at the top of any page.

How to add an Articles block to a custom page?

Drop the block onto the page

To add an Articles block to your custom page:

1. Grab the Articles block from the available blocks panel.
2. Drop it onto the grid (your page) in the desired location.
3. Click Save.

Select the articles page to display

Once the Articles block is placed on the grid, choose which articles page to display. If you've only created one articles page, the window will show just one option.

Then click the Save button. Your articles appear on the grid.

Once the articles are loaded, you can resize the height and width of the Articles block.

The design automatically adapts to the chosen width.

• Choose a frame: modify the frame size using the scale that appears, as well as its color. To remove the frame, click on Frame then on the white square crossed out with a line.
• Choose a background: choose the background color.
• Delete the block
• Round the block

Why doesn't the Blog Articles block appear?

There are several reasons why the Blog Articles block may not appear:

• The Blog Articles app is not enabled: see the article Enable and disable features.
• No blog article has been created.
• You don't have the rights to manage blog articles.
