How do I open a website page in edit mode?

To add a block, first open the website page you want to work on in edit mode.

1. Go to the Website > Menu and Pages application.
2. Click the icon next to the page you want to edit.

How do I add an X (Twitter) block to a website page?

The X (Twitter) block displays the feed of posts from the account you specify. You can also display replies to those posts.

The X (Twitter) block is in the block panel, on the left side of the page editor.

1. Take the X (Twitter) block from the left panel and drop it onto the page grid.
2. In the window that opens, enter the name of the account to display, meaning only what comes after the "@" character (for example myorg123).
3. Check the option to display replies to posts if you want them to appear.

The post feed for the X (Twitter) account you entered now appears on the page.

How do I add a Facebook block to a website page?

The Facebook block lets you:

• display the number of people who like your page, a sample of those people, and a Like button linked to your Facebook page;
• display your Facebook page's news feed.

To display a Facebook feed on your page:

1. Take the Facebook block from the left panel and drop it onto the page grid.
2. Enter your Facebook page URL, which starts with www.facebook.com/ (for example www.facebook.com/myorg123).
3. Choose the display options: news feed, profile photos, and cover format.

Your Facebook page feed now appears on the website page.

How do I customize, move, or resize Facebook and X (Twitter) blocks?

Once the Facebook or X (Twitter) block is placed on the page grid, you can move it by dragging it. Change its height or width using its handles. The following options are available from the block's toolbar.

• Choose a frame: change the frame size using the scale that appears, then its color. To remove the frame, click Frame, then the white square crossed out with a line.
• Delete the block: remove the block from the page.
• Round the block: round the block's corners.

Your frame, corner, and size changes apply immediately on the page in edit mode.

What should I do if the Facebook or X (Twitter) block doesn't display?

1. Open the website page in a private browsing window.
2. If the block displays in private browsing, disable your browser extensions (ad blocker, anti-tracker, VPN) or add an exception for your website's address.
3. For a Facebook block, check that the URL you entered points to a public Facebook page and not to a profile.
4. For an X (Twitter) block, check that the field contains only the account name, without the "@" character.

The block then displays on both desktop and mobile.
