How do I send a message to one or more contacts in my Community?
- Go to Community > Persons.
- Check the box next to each person you want to contact. To select everyone, click the checkbox at the top of the first column, then click Select all rows.
- Click the Contact button in the top right of the list.
- Write your message in the composition window that opens.
- Click Send.
The message is sent by email to the selected contacts and appears in their communication history.
You don't need to create a group to contact multiple people. That said, creating a group is recommended if you regularly send messages to the same contacts.
What are the limits of the quick email send in the Community?
- A send from Community > Persons is limited to 50 contacts at a time.
- If you select more than 50 contacts, you'll be redirected to the Emailing module.
You can also send an email campaign from the composition window or directly from the Emailing module.
What other ways can I send emails in Springly?
Springly offers other ways to send emails beyond directly contacting people in your Community. To compare them, see the article The different ways to send an email.
