How do I access my campaigns and ticketing pages?
Access your campaigns and ticketing pages from the Forms tab in your Springly administrator dashboard. This tab groups the Memberships, Donations, Events, and Product Sales sections.
What do the four modules have in common?
All four modules share a very similar interface, making them easy to learn. If you've already created a Membership Campaign, setting up event ticketing will feel immediately familiar — the configuration steps are identical.
How do I find and edit my existing campaigns and ticketing pages?
Your campaigns and ticketing pages are listed on their respective pages: Forms > Memberships, Forms > Donations, Forms > Events, or Forms > Product Sales.
This list displays your active campaigns and ticketing pages, sorted by creation date.
- To view archived campaigns: click More filters, then under the Status section, select Archived.
- To display only one status — for example, only Published campaigns — click the X next to the other statuses.
From this page, you can:
- Edit, duplicate, or copy the link (URL) of any campaign or ticketing page: click the three vertical dots to the right of the campaign, then select the action you want;
- Manage registrants: click the two-person icon;
- Preview the campaign online: click the eye icon.
To edit a campaign or ticketing page, click the three vertical dots then select Edit. The page has three tabs:
- The Configuration tab, where you set up the campaign settings (1);
- The Publishing tab, which contains your publication options and sharing links (2);
- The tab listing registrants (members, donors, etc.), showing all recorded transaction details (3).
You can also manage the publication status using the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
How do you publish a campaign online? (or not)
- Online: people sign up on their own via a shareable link (email, social media) or a page on your Springly website. The link can also be embedded on an external site via an iframe — a frame that displays your campaign directly on another webpage. You can also register participants yourself from the administrator dashboard.
- Offline: no campaign is publicly visible. You record each sign-up manually as an Administrator.
