What is a free Springly webinar?
A free Springly webinar is a live, group presentation session open to multiple organizations at the same time. Its purpose is to give a general overview of how the platform works, not to address the specific situation of any one organization.
Important limitation: webinars are not designed to handle highly specific questions unique to your organization. For a precise question about your setup, contact Springly support via the in-app chat.
Participants can ask questions. Written answers will remain fairly general and may point you to an article in the Help Center or suggest you contact the support team.
A replay (recording of the session) is sent to all registered participants, including those who were unable to attend live.
What if my need is too specific for a group webinar?
If your question is about your organization's specific setup rather than how the platform works in general, a group webinar is not the right format. Contact Springly support via the in-app chat or by submitting a ticket for personalized assistance.
