This request is intended for nonprofits that haven't yet had the chance to test the platform under good conditions. When should you request a trial extension?
A trial extension request is justified in the following situations, among others:
- A technical issue limited your testing during the trial.
- You need more time to explore all the features, for example after a demo or a training session.
- Your project requires additional internal approval before committing to a subscription.
Extensions are not automatic — the team evaluates each request based on your specific situation.

How long does it take to get a response?
Our team responds within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
What if your extension request is denied?
If an extension cannot be granted, the support team will notify you and explain why. The most common reasons are:
- You have already been granted an extension and your situation hasn't changed since.
- The cumulative trial duration, including any extensions, exceeds the limit set for your plan.
- Your situation does not meet the extension criteria.
Even if your request is denied, the support team will work with you to explore other options — for example, getting started with a smaller plan.
Can you request multiple trial extensions?
There is no fixed duration or maximum number of trial extensions. Our team evaluates each request on a case-by-case basis, depending on your situation and needs. A second extension is possible, for example if you haven't had a chance to test the platform yet, if you were away, or if exchanges with support are still ongoing.
