The content of emails sent more than 2 years ago is automatically deleted. Only the content is deleted — the send record itself is retained.
Which types of emails are affected?
Content deletion applies to all emails sent from your account, regardless of type:
- automated emails, such as payment confirmations;
- email campaigns, such as newsletters.
Email content deletion is permanent. It cannot be restored — not by you, nor by our support team.
What remains after an email's content is deleted?
Deletion applies only to the message content. Your statistics remain fully available.
For email campaigns, you can still view the template used from the Emailing > Campaigns menu, even when the sent content is more than 2 years old.
What do members and administrators see for emails older than 2 years?
A member can no longer read the content of an email received more than 2 years ago. When opening the email — whether from their emails tab or from a contact record on the administrator side — a message indicates that the email is no longer available and that email content is retained for 2 years.
However, the content of an email is always still available in your contacts' own inboxes.
Emails sent less than 2 years ago remain fully accessible, with their complete content.
