How is my Springly subscription price calculated?
Your subscription price depends on the number of active contacts recorded in your Springly Community (Community > Contacts), based on a tiered pricing system. This count is taken on your subscription anniversary date. All your active contacts are included — not just members: supporters, donors, sponsors, vendors, press contacts, and elected officials all count toward the total.
For a detailed breakdown of how your contact count translates into pricing, see the articles "Springly plan pricing" and "Billing for contact overages in the Community."
What is counted in Springly billing?
- Counted: all active contacts in Community > Contacts > Persons/Entities.
- Not counted: archived contacts.
- Not counted: permanently deleted contacts.
What happens when I archive contacts in Springly?
Archiving does not delete data.
- An archived contact remains accessible in your Community's archived contacts database (Community > Settings > Advanced options).
- Transactions, receipts, and invoices linked to an archived contact remain accessible in the relevant forms and can be retrieved at any time.
How do I delete or unarchive an archived contact?
See the article Archive, delete, or unarchive a contact for the full procedure.
